Breakfast at Willi’s is many people’s perfect start to the day. Wholesome food attractively presented and served by friendly staff… well, who could ask for more?
The décor is homely without being flash, making Willi’s a very congenial place to fill up or unwind.
It’s ideally situated if you’re on the school run (RGS and Newcastle High School for Girls are close by), assuming you can park your big car – seemingly de rigueur.

A glut of these vehicles bookends the school day during term time and this can mar the pavement dining experience which people enjoy during the warmer months.
Schools aside, popping into Willi’s is a nice way to conclude a refreshing walk in Exhibition Park or Brandling Park – or even across the Town Moor – which are to be found at the end of Clayton Road.
Willi’s is firmly established now, the favourite of many locals and visitors and well worth an exploratory visit.
